The trap we all fall into is believing that our current success is because of all the things we do and are, and that we should not mess with what's working. A great book about how to deal with people who need to be corrected. There are two extreme ways to handle situations where people don't live up to exptations, one is violence and the other is silence. The book proposes a third and better way. (Amazon)

The idea of this book is that we often spend too much time on busy work, and not enough time on work that is great. This book is a hands on manual on how to identify and do more great work. (Amazon)

Purple Cow

A marketing book that throws out the standard marketing P's and says that the only thing that matters now is that your product is remarkable. You need your early-adopting clients/consumers are to talk about your product to the next set of potential clients. Good products that are not remarkable will not be talked about. (Amazon)

Getting Things Done

Classic book on time management. Highly recommended as a first start to getting yourself organized. (Amazon)
